Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Houston Hobby Airport – Hotel near airport in Houston

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, with flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and great amenities, but the room I had didn't meet the Hilton standard; it was dark and the sheets were rough and worn. There was no offer for assistance with baggage or the Wi-Fi setup, which was a downside. The service, however, was friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent for accessing the airport, with plenty of nearby dining options. The dining experience was average, but the facilities were satisfactory.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with modern decor and had amenities like a fridge and coffee maker. The bed was comfy, but it could use some updating. The lower floor location was convenient for me, although the room was a bit hot all night.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms exceeded my expectations with their cleanliness and comfort, but I was charged unnecessary fees during check-in. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel appreciated from the front desk to the banquet services. The location was convenient, close to the airport and restaurants, but unfortunately, the area was very noisy. The dining options were decent, especially for a light meal in the room, but could use some improvement. Overall, it was a beautiful and clean hotel with easy access to the pool through the patio.
